Nordic Shaman Art Test by NRG

Yeah, I fell for this scam too.

So there is this company called "AAA Game Art Studio" that has been publishing art jobs ads lately.
As you might already be aware of, every chance you can have at getting a stable job in the art industry is priceless these days sadly.
So I've applied to it and got an answer a few days later. They asked me to do an art test, which isn't weird at all since that is usually the norm for these positions, and of course they don't offer any kind of compensation for the art test, which again isn't strange at all since sadly that is usually the norm in these cases.

But here's the thing. Looking through the internet now I can see that they've been asking free art tests from TONS of artists. Like every person who has applied has been asked to do an art test. Extremely strange.

And also, I'm only now seeing that they've been posting TONS of job ads. If you check their Linkedin page, they currently have 107 (!) available job openings! Yeah right, in the era of studios closing left and right, this obscure art studio with the most generic name ever is offering tons and tons of positions?? Sure, not suspicious at all.

So, you make the math and you'll realize they've been gathering tons and tons of free art from tons and tons of artists all around the world who were naive (and/or desperate) enough to give these people a try.

With that huge amount of free and exclusive art they might be training their own AI model for all I know.

So yeah, if you see a job ad from this so company, don't make the same mistake that I (and a lot of other hard working artists) did and don't apply.
